Clear answers, before you need them.
Which browsers does SkyFeels support?
SkyFeels is preparing for its first Chrome release. Support for other browsers is not available yet.
Is SkyFeels available yet?
Not yet. The website is a product preview while the first Chrome release is being prepared.
Does SkyFeels request my precise location?
No. SkyFeels does not request precise device location by default. The first suggested city may be inferred from IP or network metadata at an approximate regional level; you can always choose places yourself.
Does SkyFeels collect my personal data?
SkyFeels uses limited information needed to provide the extension: saved places, settings and a random installation identifier. If you activate Pro, it also uses authorization, device and sync information. It does not read browsing history, tabs, cookies, webpage content or off-site search history.
What can SkyFeels save?
SkyFeels can save your selected places and preferences, plus a randomly generated installation identifier. If you activate Pro, authorization and device information are also needed to provide optional sync and entitlements.
Can I follow weather in multiple cities?
Yes. SkyFeels lets you save up to three places free. Pro raises that limit to nine.
How does SkyFeels choose my first city?
SkyFeels estimates a first suggestion from your general network area, not your device's precise location. It is saved as a normal place that you can replace, add to or remove.
Is every number real-time?
SkyFeels provides current conditions and forecast detail with relevant refresh cycles. Toolbar refresh frequency depends on your plan; it is not a promise that every number updates continuously or at the same moment.
How do weather alerts and everyday risk tips differ?
Weather alerts are available only when relevant alert information is available. Everyday risk tips are SkyFeels' planning context based on weather conditions; they are not emergency instructions or a replacement for local official guidance.
Can my cities and preferences sync across devices?
After activation, SkyFeels can sync saved places and preferences across activated devices. Sync is designed to converge, rather than promise an instant update on every device. Weather caches and browser permissions remain local to each browser.
What does Pro add?
Pro expands saved places, toolbar refresh frequency, toolbar display choices and personalization options. It does not remove access to core weather views from the free experience.
Will I be charged automatically after a trial?
Pricing and payment are not available at launch. If a trial is introduced later, its terms, automatic-renewal details and cancellation timing will be stated clearly before activation.
